my head pound like crazy this morning...tapi gagahkan diri juge pergi opis..tu pun masuk lambat (thanks to En.Suami,he send me to the office...oxoxoxox)
yesterday,i was attacked by Asthma,although tak la teruk sangat (just mild je..) semput juge bila jalan ke hulur ke hilir,nak cakap ngan orang pun susah nak tarik napas...
Dr.Farinie ada bagitahu,kalau teruk sangat,sampai susah nak tarik nafas jumpe die and mintak inhaler...tapi saya tak pergi jumpe pun lagi
saya ada Asthma sejak kecik lagi...tapi tak teruk macam adik bongsu saya dan kakak sulung saya..depa kena pakai inhaler,saya tak perlu...i think it runs in the gene.
asthma+sakit kepala+lenguh kaki+semput, nasib kaki tak bengkak (mungkin belum masa nye nak bengkak...huhuhu)...
oh ye,saya half day hari ni...wehoooo!
