i cant seem to update my cubecart to 3.0.20 manually,gagal!

cubecart saya versin 3.0.17,takde rss

saya minta tolong Mercumaya,tapi depa tak boleh tolong,i have to update my cubecart manually

i ask mercumaya to update their fantastico in cpanel for the cubecart to be the latest version,they cant do it

i ask them to install installtron (macam fantastico jugak tapi labeih senang nak update ni semua) pun depa tak boleh,katanyaaaa

so i fail to rss my website,dissaponted?you tell me

so now takde rss feed for my .com

p/s::sape2 tahu to rss my website easily,sila bagitau. habis dah google saya guna and apply all the mothod tapi Gagal,with capital G.
